Meditation is a method to create distance to our thoughts, and to experience the reality of our consciousness in that inner silence, in which we are whole and healthy, untouched by conditionings of the past.and Our consciousness rests in the eternal present.
When we are totally in the present, we are in contact with an inner source of life energy, from which healing and peace arise, love, compassion, trust and creativity arises.. that fulfill our life with joy happiness peace and silece…we are one with the one consciousness…
Osho Meditations are a new way of taking care of both the outer and the inner you.
Each meditation starts with physical activity such as shaking, dancing or humming ,breathing etc and is followed by relaxation and stillness.
This is when meditation can happen very easily--a time to just be aware of your bodily sensations, thoughts, and feelings in a self-accepting way, without judgment. Experiencing gaps of silence and healing of our body, mind and soul.
What is meaning of being meditative..
Happiness happens when you fit with your life, when you fit so harmoniously that whatsoever you are doing is your joy. Then suddenly you will come to know: meditation follows you. If you love the work that you are doing, if you love the way you are living, then you are meditative.

This training is for people who wish to learn and to facilitate Osho Meditations in public or for friends; and family ,also for those who wish to understand more clearly the science and art of meditation for their own spiritual journey and meditaion practice.
It is benefit for people who want to gain confidence in working with people, to introduce and to recommend meditations in session, or in group for self help practice.

What will be the process ?
* This training we will dive deep into the experience of meditation,
Build up the energy of meditation.
*This training is in 3 level,which cover almost all the osho meditations, each level of training will bring you to next level of awareness and mindfulness...each level is for 3 days deep experience and purification…!!
*will be introducing one by one each Meditation and their science, steps, surrounding climate, equipment use
*Role of facilitator, guidelines for facilitating ,Grounding, relaxed communication
*Frequently Asked Questions and how to respond – Giving instructions in public
* How and when to support or encourage the meditation participants
* Answering questions on meditation, Sharing your own experiences of meditation
* setting up a space for practicing meditations,
*Presentation practice with supportive feedback
In each level each trainee will be given the space to experiment in introducing and facilitating a meditation…
